Much of the borough’s housing predates 1940. Check doorway widths and stair turns before deciding which large pieces can leave assembled. Share photos of those points during the estimate so furniture disassembly can be planned.
A passenger-car space may not fit the job
The angled spaces on the west side of West Shore Avenue between Linwood and Chestnut avenues exclude commercial vehicles. If that is your block, choose another lawful loading position with the borough’s guidance; an empty angled space is not a truck space.
Send the signs nearest your entrance and show the path from the proposed truck position. Clear boxes from that path and arrange access with anyone sharing the doorway.
The bridge is part of the move
Court Street Bridge crosses the Hackensack River between Bogota and Hackensack. Give us the destination’s full address so we can plan the road approach for the truck, even when the two homes look close on a map.
