Give the truck its own route

Carlstadt restricts heavier trucks on designated streets, with an exception for pickup and delivery. Share the full address and cross street so the approach can be checked against those rules.

Route 120, also called Paterson Plank Road here, connects with Route 17. We plan from that road network to your actual entrance; your usual car shortcut may not suit the truck.

Keep loading separate from overnight parking

The borough prohibits specified large commercial vehicles from street parking between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. Resident parking permits do not override that prohibition. Confirm the loading window and any required permission before move day.

• Identify the floor and whether stairs are shared.
• Show tight turns from the rooms to the outside door.
• Include stored boxes and garage contents in the estimate.
• Confirm when both properties will be accessible.
